A corner lot where the zoning, the lot shape and the position of the existing house made a carriage home impossible, and the house would not sell. We lifted the house and moved it on the same property: a new engineered foundation on a geotech-specified base, double the square footage, a new one-bedroom suite, a garage rooftop patio with privacy walls built into the truss design, and an over-height double garage.
