Homes built for one family and one lot, with the materials, the light and the lake view that belong to it. Fixed price contract. Guaranteed move-in date. Tim on site for the critical work.
A whole-home transformation on the West Kelowna bench, with the lake in every main window. A 1,200 sq ft addition off the main house brought a new great room with pool access and a guest bedroom, and the renovation carried the same hand through the rest of the house: white oak cabinetry and herringbone floors, marble counters, unlacquered brass, a stone fireplace, a wine wall, and a freestanding tub under the view. Finished in 2026, and the most complete expression yet of how we build: designed for the people who live in it, priced from finished drawings, fixed in a contract, and finished to the last brass detail.
A luxury home is not a bigger version of an ordinary one. It is a house designed around one family, on one lot, with the materials, systems and details chosen for how they will be used for the next thirty years. That is what we build in Kelowna and West Kelowna: homes for people who plan to stay, on a fixed price contract with a guaranteed move-in date, with daily logs and photos so you always know where the project stands.

Craftsmanship you can see up close: cabinetry made for the room, tile laid by people who care where the grout lines fall, trim that meets cleanly in every corner. Design that fits the lot and the light, not a plan pulled off a shelf. And one builder accountable from the first concept drawing to the Grand Reveal, with Tim on site for the critical work.
Quiet comfort is part of it too. Every home we build meets the BC Energy Step Code on the way to net-zero-ready construction by 2032. A tighter, better-insulated house with the right mechanical systems is quieter, stays cool in an Okanagan July and costs less to run for as long as you own it. Hydronic in-floor heat, heat pumps, solar and battery backup are all on the table, priced in writing before you decide.

We price a luxury home from finished drawings and real supplier quotes, then fix the price in a contract before construction starts. Our free guide, What It Costs to Build in Kelowna, explains the ranges honestly.

This Kelowna home includes a self-contained one-bedroom suite, built for family or as a long-term rental, on the same fixed price contract as the main house.
